Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your HumanosX account and associated personal data, email contact@humanosx.app from the email address connected to your account.
What To Include
Include your account email and the phrase "Delete my HumanosX account". We may ask for confirmation to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What Is Deleted
Account profile data, app-generated health and fitness records, nutrition logs, body-scan analysis records, and related user content will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for legal, security, or transaction records.
Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Confirmation will be sent when the request is complete.
